Bruce Slutsky was born in New York City in 1949. I retired six years ago after working as a Science/Engineering Librarian at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark for 25 years. I was married to Karen until she passed away in February 2021. I have a son Lee who is now 35 years old. I am very much interested in the popular music of the 1960s, especially Bob Dylan and the Beatles. I am interested in rock and roll radio. I am an enthusiastic fan of the New York Mets.

Jeopardy Contestant Test
The Jeopardy online contestant test was very difficulty. There were 50 questions, each of which had to be answered within 15 seconds. I assume that thousands of people took the test and that maybe 100 will eventually appear on the show. I doubt very much if I will make the cut.
Bruce, an interesting technical observation. From time to time, while reading your report, I notice your page hit counter disappears. However, if you refresh the page, it returns.
ReplyDeleteI sent our friend A.B. an email. Hope he's doing okay.

Isn't there a famous quote which says, "It is better to have tried and lost than never to have tried at all." Well. . .close to that. I'm glad you gave it a try! I'm sure it was an interesting experience anyway.
