Jury Duty Day #8

Today the plaintiff gave his testimony.  I can not discuss this case verbally or on a blog so that is all I can say today.  There are always breaks when the attorneys must consult with the judge in the absence of the jury.  I will say that progress is being made, so hopefully this will end soon.
