Jury Duty Day #9 - Stop Repeating Yourselves Already!
The plaintiff took the stand for the second day. His lawyer questioned him for most of the morning. Later on the two defense attorneys cross examined him which is standard procedure. It was really annoying when the witness got the same question over and over. This is very annoying. In my opinion much of the evidence that shown is not relevant to the jury's ultimate decision of liability. I really can't say anything more about the case until it concludes.
