Terrible Service from an Electronics Retailer

About two weeks ago I reported that my laptop needed to be repaired since it was not powering up. Since I had an extended warrany I brought it back to the store to be fixed.  I am not naming this retailer because I don't want to be sued.  There may be some lawyers reading this saying that I am guilty of libel.  Anyway after two weeks my laptop was not even sent out.  The reason.  They didn't have the right box needed to ship it out.  Come on guys, I paid $180 for a service contract.  Doesn't that cover the cost of shipping?  This is extremely bad customer service to say the least.

I will likely not purchase anything from this store again.
