It was a rough winter with over 5 feet of snow. The forecast is for about an inch of slushy snow for tomorrow, so winter hasn't left completely yet. Today was opening day of baseball season at Yankee Stadium. I was able to watch about an inning of it during my lunch hour at NJIT. The Yankees beat the Detroit Tigers 6 - 3. Recap
The 2011 season for the Mets begins tomorrow as they face the Florida Marlins down south. The opening at Citifield will be Friday April 8. Let's hope for the best.
