The 50th Anniversary of A Hard Days Night is Coming Up
I remember seeing it at the Continental Theater in Forest Hills in July 1964. Back in April I reported in this journal that the Continental Theater renamed the Brandon closed permanently. Anyway there there is a remastered version of A Hard Days Night available in Blu-Ray and DVD to celebrate this anniversary. It will also be released in selected theaters in 50 cities for the 4th of July. It will be shown at the Film Forum in Greenwich Village. I still have a VHS version of the film that I taped from Showtime years ago.
