Bruce Slutsky was born in New York City in 1949. I retired six years ago after working as a Science/Engineering Librarian at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark for 25 years. I was married to Karen until she passed away in February 2021. I have a son Lee who is now 35 years old. I am very much interested in the popular music of the 1960s, especially Bob Dylan and the Beatles. I am interested in rock and roll radio. I am an enthusiastic fan of the New York Mets.

Support Your Favorite Internet Radio Stations
There are likely thousands of internet radio stations out there that offer programming not available on AM or FM stations. Many are run by hobbyists who must use their own money to share their love of radio and specific genres of music. Today I made a small donation to support Allan Sniffen's Rewound Radio that programs oldies music that once was heard on commercial radio. I am especially grateful for his giving Bob Radil's 60s 70s show a home after a New Haven radio station dropped it. In the past, I have donated to:
Pop Gold Radio - Another oldies station run by Don Tandler
DylanRadio.com - All Bob Dylan all of the time run by Canadian Met fan Pete Freckleton
I also regular donated to WBGO and WFUV which are not for profit stations on the FM dial in NYC.
