The President of the United State can not do anything he wants by issuing an executive order. He should understand the concept of checks and balances.
The idea of checks and balances is found in Article I of the U.S. Constitution.
I wonder if the current president ever read the constitution.
Checks and balances is the separation of powers between the three branches of the United States government. The three branches are the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. Each branch has its own powers and responsibilities, and can check the power of the other branches.
The purpose of checks and balances is to ensure that no one branch becomes too powerful. It also ensures that the government is effective and citizens' rights are protected.
